Dear Guests,
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, please read the following instructions:

✦ Hotel accommodation can be used only by guests registered at the reception. For this purpose, guests
need to present their valid national ID card or passport.
✦ Check out time is 12:00 a.m. In case you wish to leave the Hotel later than planned, please inform the
reception. Check in time is 14:00 p.m.
✦ In case of longer stays, the reciept needs to be settled every 7 days.
✦ Every time guests are laving the room, please close the doors, in case of the key loss please inform the
reception.
✦ Please place your valuables, money and documents in the safe deposit box which is located at the
reception.
✦ Room visits are not allowed. Please use our lobby area and restaurant for social events and chatting
with your guests.
✦ Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
✦ Please do not make noise that could disturb other guests in the rooms and public areas of the Hotel,
especially in the period from 22:00 to 08:00 o'clock.
✦ It is strictly forbidden to bring flammable or explosive materials and objects with unpleasant smell into
any hotel area.
✦ Washing, drying and ironing in the room is not allowed. Please use the hotel laundry service for such
purposes.
✦ Breakfast serving hours are 07:00 – 10:00 a.m.
✦ Hotel guests may be served with meals and drinks in their rooms upon their request.
✦ Bringing and consuming food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms or any other hotel areas.
✦ Pease do not enter the hotel public areas dressed inappropriately, e.g.in your pyjamas, underwear, etc.
Wallking without footwear is not allowed in any public area in the hotel.
✦ Please keep the room inventory safe, any damages will be charded to your bill.
✦ Room inventory are intended for your use during your stay at the hotel.
✦ Any complaints individual, agency or contractual guests are taken into consideration only if they are
reported during the guest's stay at the Hotel. Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
✦ Please personally sign the bills for all types of hotel services.
